Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Timeshare Decoded (the "Site"), operated by CLEADEAL LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What this Site provides
The Site offers general information and interactive self-help tools (such as checklists, calculators, and document templates) about timeshare ownership and timeshare exit options, for personal, non-commercial use. The content is educational in nature. Nothing on this Site is professional advice — not legal advice, not financial advice, not tax advice — and using the Site does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship between you and us. We are not a law firm.
We are not a timeshare exit company. We do not cancel timeshares, negotiate with developers or associations on your behalf, provide representation of any kind, or perform any service on your contract. We sell educational information only.
For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
2. No guarantees
We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but laws, rules, and provider terms change — including state rescission periods and developer program terms described on this Site. We do not guarantee that any information, calculation, deadline estimate, or template on the Site is complete, current, or correct, or that using it will produce any particular outcome, including the acceptance of any cancellation, surrender, or deed-back. Deadlines produced by our tools are estimates; your contract and your state's current law control. You use the Site and its tools at your own risk and are responsible for verifying anything important before acting on it.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using our interactive tools;
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes;
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site;
- Not resell, redistribute, or republish our paid content without written permission.
4. Payments
Some products on the Site require a one-time payment — the Exit Roadmap Kit is a single payment of $39 — processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below and we will review it.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, tools, templates, design, and branding — is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or give you the right to share, resell, or republish it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its products — including any decisions you make based on the Site's content, and including any missed deadline or any action or inaction by a developer, association, lender, or third party. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEADEAL LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
8. Third-party links and providers
The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (such as payment processors, government agencies, and developers). References to developers and their programs are for educational identification only; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any developer, resort, association, or industry group. We are not responsible for third parties' content, policies, or practices.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
